Description
The procedure is really simple:
1. Choose your lens.
2. One of our experienced advisors will get in touch with you to welcome you to our service. We will then talk you through the simple process of sending your glasses to us.
3. Once we receive your frame, the new lenses will be fitted by our skilled Technicians.
4. After the quality control process, we will then send your completed order back to you.

*Reglazing an old frame or a frame bought from elsewhere can occasionally cause damage or breakages in the frame. There are no guarantees offered in this case and the customer must accept the reglazes are done at the customer's own risk.

Delivery
We offer free Royal Mail delivery on all purchases in order that we remain competitive and save you money.
Please note delivery estimates of products are given in each product page. However these are only estimates and deliveries may arrive earlier or later than this. We will inform you when a product has been dispatched.
Returns
If you're not 100% satisfied with your glasses ordered online, we offer an exchange and return policy from the day you receive your order. Restrictions for prescription lenses or returns for refunds and exchanges apply.
Prescription Eyewear (Custom-Made Products)
All prescription lenses and prescription eyewear are custom-made to the individual customer’s specifications.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, bespoke and personalised items are exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation period. For this reason, prescription eyewear cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once production has begun.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all prescription details and measurements provided at the time of order are accurate.
If you believe there is an issue with your prescription lenses, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order so that we can assess the matter.
Non-Prescription Products
For non-prescription items, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods in accordance with UK consumer law.
Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We may require photographic evidence before arranging a replacement or refund.
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 remain unaffected.
