If you’re not completely satisfied with your glasses ordered online, please review our returns policy below.
Returns Window
- Non-prescription items: You may return items within 14 days of receiving them.
- Prescription or custom items: These cannot be returned or cancelled once production has commenced, except in the case of a manufacturing fault.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email: Send us a request at returns@yourspecs.co.uk within the applicable returns window.
- Registered users: You may also use our returns portal.
- Once we have accepted your return, we will email you confirmation and the return address.
Returning Your Items
- Buyers are responsible for packing, shipping, and sending costs.
- Include the completed returns form inside the package. Failure to do so may delay processing.
- Products must be returned unworn, in original condition, and with all supplied packaging and accessories.
- Refunds are only offered for items with tags still attached.
Prescription and Custom Items
- Prescription lenses and custom eyewear are exempt from the 14-day return right and cannot be refunded unless faulty.
- For frames including free lenses, we will refund the full cost of the frame for the first return. Subsequent returns will be refunded minus £50.
Order Cancellations
- Non-prescription items: May be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided they have not shipped.
- Prescription or custom items: May only be cancelled before production has commenced. Once production starts, cancellations are not possible.
Important Notes
- All returns are subject to our Terms & Conditions.
- Refunds will be processed once items are received and inspected. Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to appear in your account.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns if items do not meet the conditions outlined above.
